   We got some wonderful places near Ouro Preto, where I was born! A lot of water falls and such! And I dont know how I had never figured out the termite nest fire trick! Great tip too for this year´s winter here! Great vd bro! thanx again!!

   Yes, this is Central Brazil. The tarp is a cheap Chinese painters tarp. They come packed in a flat 4×5 inch package in a heavy plastic wrapper. I wrap the outside of the package with a few meters of duct tape and keep one of these in my pack as emergency shelter material.

   I try to not cut living trees but the whole place burns off every few years so I don’t worry too much about using grass or removing weeds. This area had burned off last year and already it is choked with brush.

   Nice Video, Is this in Brazil? I have an emergency shelter just like that one. I made an emergency shelter like that once I didnt use grass I used Spruce and Balsam trees though.
